Why Attend Passion Productions

Passion Productions is designed to be the go‑to event for Prep, Novice, Level 1, Level 1 Restricted, and Scholastic divisions. Additional divisions are welcome; however, please note that this event will not be held on a sprung floor.

Our goal is to provide an affordable, welcoming, and fun competition experience for new and young athletes, while also offering a stress‑free, exciting event for all divisions that celebrates the youngest members of our cheer community.

Passion Productions - Event Highlights:

• Live judging panel  

  • We reserve the right to use a fully or partially virtual panel if restrictions require. 

  • All judges will be approved by CNS and the CNS Officials Committee, and will be Cheer Canada–certified in comparative scoring in accordance with the CNS Judging and Competition Policy.

• Robust Judging Team 

  • Additional judges and shadow judges will be present to ensure a smooth event and provide valuable learning opportunities.

Registration Information 

*CNS membership validation will be completed before registration is confirmed.

*Late pricing rate: additional $5 per athlete (or $10 per team for non-individually registered teams)

Registration Policy

All registrations and payments must be received by the posted deadlines to qualify for early pricing. Late submissions for either registration or payment will automatically be charged the higher rate. No exceptions will be made.

Late Registration: Registrations received after the posted deadline may be accepted only if space allows and will be subject to the late pricing rate of an additional $5 per athlete (or $10 per team for non-individually registered teams). Teams submitting late must provide full payment upon receiving an invoice after registration confirmation.

Competition Cancellation Policy

All competition registrations are considered final upon submission. Once registration has been processed and event preparations have begun—including scheduling, staffing assignments, and the ordering of materials such as banners, signage, and printed items—all fees become non‑refundable.

Cancellations received after schedules have been finalized or materials have been purchased will remain subject to the full cost of any expenses already incurred on behalf of the team or organization. In cases where partial payment has been made, that amount will be applied toward these expenses. Any remaining balance may be waived at the sole discretion of the event organizers. 

Cancellations due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances (including medical emergencies or event‑related disruptions) may be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis; however, refunds or credits are not guaranteed.
