Vendor Information and Registration

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our Passion Productions Championship Competition. This information package outlines our registration process, set‑up details, and important event information to help you prepare.

Registration & Fees

Prices include tax and cover the full day of the event:

• Single space (one 6’ table space wide; 2 event passes): $200.00

• Double space (two 6’ table spaces wide; 4 event passes): $300.00

• Triple space (three 6’ tables spaces wide; 6 event passes): $350.00 

Tables will be provided to determine space sizes and ensure proper layout. If you bring additional tables, they must fit within your allotted space (e.g., placed behind your assigned table).

Note: If electricity is required, an additional fee may apply (TBD). This is typically between $150–$200. Once the final amount is confirmed by the Halifax Exhibition Centre, an invoice will be issued.

Payment

Once your registration form is submitted and approved, an invoice will be sent to the email provided. Payments may be made by:

Registration Policy & Deadlines

Vendor registration and full payment are due no later than March 13, 2027. 

Registrations may be accepted after this date if space is available. 

If you are considering a late registration, please contact us before submitting your form at passionproductionscheer@gmail.com

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Passion Productions does not issue refunds for vendor fees based on registration numbers, sales performance, or unmet expectations. If you cancel your registration for any reason, all fees are non‑refundable.

If the event is canceled or rescheduled due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstance, a refund will be issued. If the event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund.

Set up and Event Times

Please note: table coverings, power cords, and extension cords are not supplied.

Friday, March 26, 2027: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM (exact time may vary)

Event Schedule

Saturday, March 27, 2027:  

Competition begins at 9:00 AM and will end at approximately 5:00 PM.

Times are subject to change without notice due to circumstances out of our control (competition delays etc).
